  • 18 g Baristo (freshly ground)
  • 220 ml filtered water at 94°C
  • Warmed porcelain cup

The Method · Pour-Over

Brew Instructions

Follow the sequence in order — each step earns the next.

  1. 01

    Rinse a paper filter with hot water; discard the water and warm the vessel.

  2. 02

    Grind 18 g of Baristo to a medium coarseness — the texture of coarse sea salt.

  3. 03

    Bloom with 40 ml of water at 94°C for 30 seconds; stir gently once.

  4. 04

    In three pours of 60 ml each, spiral in the remaining water, keeping the bed even.

  5. 05

    Total brew time 3:30. Discard the filter, swirl, and pour into a warmed cup.
