  • 180 ml steamed whole or oat milk

    Whisk maca, vanilla, and maple into a paste at the bottom of a warm mug.

  2. 02

    Pull a fresh shot of Baristo Medium-Dark directly over the paste and stir.

  3. 03

    Steam the milk to a fine, glossy microfoam at 60–65°C.

  4. 04

    Pour the milk from height, then close in tight to draw a single tulip.

  5. 05

    Serve immediately with no dusting — the pour is the finish.
