- 180 ml steamed whole or oat milk

Whisk maca, vanilla, and maple into a paste at the bottom of a warm mug.

Pull a fresh shot of Baristo Medium-Dark directly over the paste and stir.

Steam the milk to a fine, glossy microfoam at 60–65°C.

Pour the milk from height, then close in tight to draw a single tulip.
