  • 150 ml almond milk or hot water

Brew Instructions

    Whisk matcha with 60 ml warm water into a smooth paste; cool.

  2. 02

    Muddle the mint leaves into the matcha to release oils.

  3. 03

    Fill a short glass with ice; pour in the almond milk.

  4. 04

    Layer the matcha over the milk with the back of a spoon.

  5. 05

    Slowly stream the cooled Baristo Truly Dark shot on top — three visible bands.
